If you have any issues with your order that require discussion or action on our part please contact us at 206-767-3757. If you wish to cancel an order, please do not delay as there will be a charge if it is already processed. We may ask you to follow this call with an e-mail to livelight@liveedgeonline.com to provide details, or you may skip the call if it is not urgent.

 

Cancelation

If you must cancel an order, please contact us immediately and explain the reason for the cancelation. If the order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If that is the case, your order will be reversed under the terms of our returns policy. Custom work that is already in production cannot be canceled or returned.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied we will happily provide a refund or an alternate product within 20 calendar day from the time that you receive the product. We will arrange return shipping and pay for the shipping costs. In the case of large product that was crated and shipped by freight, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipping. Custom work that is already in production cannot be returned.

 

To return a product:

 

1.  The product must not be damaged or altered in any way. If it was damaged in shipping, you may return it, or we will help to facilitate a local repair.

2.  Call or e-mail us and explain the situation.

3.  The item must be returned in its original packaging or crating

4.  The item must be insured to its full value

5.  Use the same shipping service that was used to deliver the product.

6.  If it was shipped by common carrier, or you desire shipping advice please contact us and we will connect the dots for you.

 

Refunds

We will send your refund within 14 calendar days from the time that we receive the product at our facility. Payment will be in the form of a check mailed to you. Again, call us at the above number if you have any questions.
