SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard shipping

Our regular shipping service is by UPS ground or LTL Freight to locations in the lower 48 states and Canada. Shipping method depends on the size and weight of the product. There are no handling charges.

Items that are boxed and shipped by UPS generally ship on the same or next business day. Large items that require crating can take up to four business days to ship. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping company, estimated time in transit, and tracking URL when the product ships.

Shipping outside our regular areas:

If you are outside our regular shipping areas, you cannot place your order online.  Please contact us by telephone at (206-767-3757) or e-mail at livelight@liveedgeonline.com. We will need your name, address, e-mail address, items desired, and a payment method.

We will be happy to secure a shipping quote and inform you of the charges and transit time before we process your order.
